Phase 2 - Planning Phase (approximately 8 – 10 weeks)

During Phase 2 the following activities will take place:

Attend Planning Workshops (series of 12 full days in class).  Topics include:

• Financials
• Sales Funnel
• Marketing
• Strategic Planning
• Business Plan Writing
• Breakeven
• Value Proposition
• Business Viability

Plan and conduct Market Research – direct and indirect

Attend meetings with Business Coach

Prepare and hand in Business Plan

Selection Committee will review your plan and recommend whether or not you are ready to enter into Phase 3 - Business Implementation.
